• Our project began with the creation of a 2-story sustainable residential building. We initiated the design process with bubble diagrams and initial sketches, developing a clear vision for the project.
• We progressed to preliminary designs, refining our concepts, and revising design drawings based on client feedback and sustainability principles. This step was crucial in shaping the final design.
• Using Auto-CAD, we meticulously crafted site and roof plans, one-point perspective section drawings, floor plans, framing plans, and elevations. These precise drawings adhered to OBC Standards for accuracy.
• To bring our design to life, we created 3D renderings using SketchUp, complete with a title block. Additionally, we reviewed structural designs to ensure alignment with OBC Standards, preparing accurate working drawings and detailed documentation.
